Ingredients: organic milk and cream make up the base of all of our classic gelato flavours. To give each gelato a unique taste, we add cocoa, fruit, and/or nuts.
Every single ingredient each is carefully selected based on quality and what's in season.
Artificial flavouring doesn't exist in our laboratory and you'll find that our menu is constantly changing to feature new and seasonal ingredients.
HOW OUR CLASSIC GELATO IS MADE:
First, raw ingredients such as fruit, cocoa, and nuts are processed into a paste or syrup.
Next, the paste is mixed with cream or milk to form a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
The mixture is then heated and pasteurized to meet quality health standards.
After that, the mixture is placed into a batch freezer (aka a very large ice cream machine) where it is churned at a very cold temperature.
The gelato then goes into a blast freezer (brrr!) where it is stored at sub-zero temperatures that ensure that the gelato stays smooth and creamy with minimal water frost.
Last but not least, our gelato is placed out on the counter and served to you!
